Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the care provided for my father who was recently admitted to your hospital with a stroke. He was not admitted to a stroke unit and the family feel he did not receive enough physiotherapy. We wish to know why your hospital did not provide the proper standard of care.
