  • The nurse visits again 2 months later.
  • Les and Jean appear very happy. The change of position worked for the arm and erectile dysfunction has been resolved by referral to the specialist service.
  • There is a 4th stage of the PLISSIT model ‘Intensive Therapy’ which Les does not require. The following page provides some information on this.
