Nurse: Bill, I think we need to try to sort out a few things to make you feel more comfortable at home. I am going to speak to your GP and arrange for a nurse to come in tonight to help you get washed and ready for bed. And then tomorrow we can work out a better plan for you and have a bit more discussion about some things that are important to you.
