  • Good positioning with body in good alignment
  • Affected limbs supported and positioned
  • Support for back, neck and shoulders
  • On trolley, left arm hanging over the side
  • Left foot in plantar flexion
  • Trunk and head facing to the right side
  • Right hand is grasping the bed rail
