Scenario
Sheetal Kaur is a 54 year old woman who has been working in the family business since she arrived in the UK some 30 years ago. She lives with her extended family and looks after her family and her mum. Sheetal is a Sikh and English is her second language. She:

- takes very little exercise.
Sheetal has recently been diagnosed as diabetic – which is to be controlled by diet. She has a history of high blood pressure (BP), high cholesterol, gastritis and migraine.
