  • Early sign of ischaemic stroke visible
  • Intracerebral haemorrhage
  • Dense artery sign visible
  • There is loss of definition in the insular ribbon
  • There is loss of definition in the basal ganglia
  • There are signs of sulcul and ventricular effacement
  • There are signs of a previous stroke
  • There is a non stroke lesion which would explain the patient’s symptoms
  • No stroke related abnormality identified
