Dave in the acute stroke unit Dave in the general ward
Seizures: Dave has not had any further seizures. Dave has had two further seizures and been started on treatment for these. This may be contributing to his drowsiness, which is making therapy difficult.
Pain: Dave has had frequent analgesic reviews and requires no regular painkillers now. Dave is on strong painkillers and has become very constipated.
Tone and rehab: Dave has mild tone issues now. Dave’s tone remains high.
